  1. Shipping Coverage

35OUTLET.COM ships to customers within:

  • The United Kingdom

  • The United States

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific regions where shipping restrictions, sanctions, or logistical limitations apply.

  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there are exceptional delays due to high order volume, force majeure, or supply issues, customers will be informed without undue delay.

We guarantee delivery within five (5) business days from the date of dispatch to addresses within:

  • The United Kingdom

  • The United States

Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays in Spain.

If delivery cannot be completed within five (5) business days due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections, carrier delays, incorrect address details), the customer will be notified.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for shipments to the United Kingdom or the United States are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the goods are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If the customer is a consumer under EU or UK law, risk transfers upon physical possession of the goods.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery confirmation.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the EU or UK.
