Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent by email or post before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with prior consent
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
In the EU, statutory guarantees apply for a minimum of two (2) years.
In the UK, remedies apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
